[MS_AccessPros] Re: How to total subreports if subreport has no data

It appears that a formula like this will work: =IIf(DCount("Part1","qryBOMQtyCheck")=0,0,[rptBOMQtyCheck].[Report]![QtyTotal]).

Friends,

I have created an unbound report that has 3 subreports with a total at the bottom. On the main report, I have 3 hidden text boxes with a control source like =Nz([rptBOMQtyCheck].[Report]![QtyTotal],0) to pull the total from the subreport. This works great as long as there is data in the subreport. If there is no data, the subreport does not display which is fine except that I get an error in the grand total at the bottom with an error that says "#SIZE!". I thought using Nz in the text box would fix it but it doesn't. How can I fix the grand total if there is no data in a subreport?
