I meant to put that I checked all of the trust center stuff in my other post, but trust center/macros not running isn't the issue, i went around to everyone's comp to double check just in case.
I checked the other links and the things that are mentioned there are things that have never been an issue with this file before, and the fact that I'm not able to re-import a file that was previously imported successfully leads me to believe it's not something hidden or headers or anything. They haven't updated the OS here recently either (not since this issue started anyway). At this point I'm at a loss. Either way, thanks for the links :)
