I agree with Bill -- move to 2013. 

Access 2010 web databases store information in SharePoint lists.  In 2013, the Access team rewrote things to store the data in SQL Server -- Azure.  To learn more about web apps and how you can get the cloud data to the desktop, watch this:

2010 is not a very good version to use. You probably should get 2013. The web part is much better.
