Thanks Duane.

Doyce,
I would use a subreport since the trailer sizes may vary. Make sure you monitor the link master/child so your subreport is correct.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Group Totals in Report Footer

Hello Friends,
I think I should know how to do this and will probably go "duh" when I get an answer but I seem to have a mental block this morning and can't figure it out. I have a report that details trailer deliveries by length and by delivery location of trailer. I have group totals in the group footers but I would like to have group totals by length in the report footer. Example:
Total 28' trailers delivered: 10
Total 33' trailers delivered: 4
The length, 28 and 33 are from the length field of the records. The totals I'm getting now in the report footer are 14. Can this be broken out in the report footer without doing something like inserting a sub-report?
Doyce
