How are you constructing the email? If you're doing it in code, you can open a Recordset on your table, read through the records, and concatenate "their" e-mail addresses before sending the email.

I have a database with multiple people listed including there e-mail addresses. Is there a way to merge all the e-mail addresses into one field that can then be copied into the To: of an e-mail.
