Thanks for the reply. I found 2 check boxes in the Lexmark printing preferences for Send color to printer and Print color text as black but neither fix my problem.

In the control panel, open printers and select your printer. Don't work with Lexmark, but usually there's a spot where you can specify how color prints. Might take some searching, but that kind of setting is almost always there.

Hello friends,
My corporate IT departmernt made a deal with Lexmark to provide us with managed print services and brought in new Lexmark printers. One of the invoices reports that I print out of Access 2010 does not print my graphics logo on the monochrome printer. It prints fine in color. The HP monochrome that got replaced printed the graphics in grey scale. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
