I changed my tables design to what you suggested and also created a continuous form with a combo box to capture the documents which were not received.
Now this is where I went a little adventurous with placing an option group (All / Outstading) in the header section of the form to capture the reponse (yes/no). I then proceeded to enter some test data and selected 2 documents from the combo box that weren't received. In my option group Outstanding was checked. When I checked the table I saw the 2 rows of data as expected but in the yes/no field, instead of both being unchecked; one was checked and the other unchecked.
How can I rectify this?
