can you tell us what version of access 2007 you are using? I have a small voice telling me this happening in one of the applications I was working on and the memory tells me that it was a particular release/patch problem. (A slightly fainter voice is telling me that I had a sub-form on the graph container form and that I had to force a filter from the sub-form, in code, in order to get the graph to display, see pseudo code below) It's five/six years ago.
