Bill,
Here is the kicker, I'm in Arkansas. They are in Portland, OR. They setup this printer on a server in Oregon. When I send a print job to the printer it has to travel up my T1 line to Portland and back down to Arkansas taking up bandwidth and printing slower. So I setup a print server for this printer on my local server which prints very fast but won't print the graphics. I've checked every setting I can think of and compared their driver settings and print server to mine and they all match. I did open an issue with our helpdesk but I didn't tell them about my print sever because they would tell me not to do it and make me use theirs. Besides, if our T1 goes down, I wouldn't be able to print. I'm convinced its just a setting somewhere but can't figure it out to save my life.
Thanks anyway though!
