Add the field to the query design grid
Type True in the criteria line. this will get all check boxes that are true.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] How do I do a query with yes/no boxes?
I have several yes/no boxes in my forms. I want to make queries based on
if the boxes are checked or not. How do I do that? When I deselct the
boxes in the query it still shows the information. What if I don't want
it to show at all. I don't need that infor for this particular query.
Help please! I'm using Access 2007. Thank you so much in advance.
