RE: [MS_AccessPros] records not displaying in a report

Walter-

By "blank" I assume you mean a Null value in a field that participates in a
relationship. For that, you can use an OUTER JOIN to include all records from
the suspect table and any matching rows from the related ones. Double-click the
join line in your query design to see the join options dialog box to change how
the join works.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] records not displaying in a report

Hello Group:
Back with one more problem.
I have a query made up of several tables ,most apply a readable string value to
an id field linked to the primary table.
I have discovered that if I have a blank field, for what ever reason, the entire
record the blank field is in doesn't become part of the query result.
Is there a way to include the record in spite of the missing field?
