You could try using the FollowHyperLink command in VBA.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Open a PDF by Clicking a Command Button in Access
Hello there!
I was wondering if there was any way of using a command button to open a PDF or
Power Point presentation by clicking on it.
I have this form in which I want it to be an option to open the presentation
that explains things about the contents of the database.
What would be better displayed (visually)? I think a PDF could work because of
the view it initializes the file in; although I'm not sure it could be as easy
as opening a Power Point file!
Thank you for the help!
