RE: [MS_AccessPros] Display all records in subform datasheet

Deb-

You'll have to upload your database again to try to figure this out.

Subject: Re: [MS_AccessPros] Display all records in subform datasheet

Hi John,

I uploaded a PDF to the files under Deb - PDF Example for John

I got the other issue resolved, but the subform isn't holding the records
with the calculations, so I am guessing that either I am still doing
something wrong, or it's not going to be possible for Access to do what I
need it to do based on the example page I posted.

There are many instances where I am going to need a form to hold calculated
data. Like on the parts_inventory form where it says Items in stock and
Items Purchased.

Thanks again!

Deb
