Deb-

I bet you have the subform set to open in Data Entry mode.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Display all records in subform datasheet

Hi all,

I have a sub form that I want to show each record that is entered on a
permanent basis like a table would.

The main form is the record for each inventory part, the sub form would show
each time inventory is purchased.

I would also like to place a button on the main form, which when clicked
adds a new record to the sub form..

Right now, when I enter data and then close the form, the data goes to the
table like it should, but the record of the purchase is gone when I come
back.

Thanks!

Deb
