The report might be a bit corrupt. First compact the database. If that doesn't fix it try these steps:
1. Go to the Immediate Window by pressing Ctrl+G
2. Type this: SaveAsText yourreportname fullpathfilename
a. saveastext acReport, "rptOrders","C:\Temp_C\rptOrders.txt"
3. Press enter
4. Delete the report
5. Compact again
6. Go to Immediate window
7. Type this: LoadFromText yourreportname fullpathfilename
a. loadfromtext acReport,"rptOrders","C:\Temp_C\rptOrders.txt"
8. Compact again.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Image not printing on report from print preview
Hello Pro's and Friends,
I'm using Access 2016. I have a report with a small jpg of my signature on it. I have used this for years but today it won't print the signature graphic on the report if I print it from preview. It shows in the preview but won't print on the paper. I have tried using a different printer and get the same results. I can export it to PDF and it will print that way. I can also print using this VBA command and it does print the graphic.
stDocName = "ReprintMCO"
DoCmd.OpenReport stDocName, acNormal
Has anyone else encountered this and fixed it? The posts and solutions I've found and tried off the internet have not worked.
