Thanks for the reply. The title is not header (sorry for mis-info). It is a label as a page header. The update of the information is executed on load also used on open. The preview looks great. But when print is used the output has the old info.

not sure where code is executing ... but try the Report Header Format event
Also realize that Report View doesn't run much code -- use Print Preview

The application is compiled. Using ACCESS 2013 on Windows 10.
Any suggestions how to insure proper date is reported.
