Thanks for the reply. The title is not header (sorry for mis-info). It is a label as a page header. The update of the information is executed on load also used on open. The preview looks great. But when print is used the output has the old info.

not sure where code is executing ... but try the Report Header Format event
Also realize that Report View doesn't run much code -- use Print Preview

I have a report that works great except for one issue. The title is updated on open but when report is printed it shows the title that was defined at design time. The report is printed and saved as a PDF both having the issue. The displayed report appears correct.
I.E.
Design:
SCHOOL BUS EVACUATIONS REPORT FOR 2013/2014
Report time:
SCHOOL BUS EVACUATIONS REPORT FOR 2017/2018
The application is compiled. Using ACCESS 2013 on Windows 10.
Any suggestions how to insure proper date is reported.
