Check the Can Grow properties of the section and the text boxes. I expect you have at least one text box that is growing due to the contents wrapping.


I will often set the colors of sections or controls so I can more easily determine the cause of issues like this.

I am using Access 2013. I have a report with the Detail height set at
.55cm and fields at .44cm. The report is showing about two rows of
space between each record. How do I reduce that?
