Let's start with #3. No you can't attach files here because of our anti-virus policies. You can upload files to our Files>Need assistance folder so our experts here can take a look at what you have. If you choose to do that be sure there is only sample data, you compact the database and zip it before uploading. Our site has limited storage space.

#2 - There are a few third-party solutions like ClickYes and Outlook Redemption. You can find them online. Both of those require installation on every user's computer. The solution I use is at http://www.everythingaccess.com and is called vbMAPI. You load it into your database and do not have to install anything on the user's computer. 

#1 What you are asking is do-able but it will take a lot of code writing as Access does not have anything like that as a feature. A simpler method is to save old data into another table. This also requires code but is not as big of an undertaking.
