I have 3 questions:
1- sometimes I update data that another one will use it, I need to know when I update any part of these data is it possible that an email automatically sent to the other employees contains in a 2 groups old and new data
2- How to make this mail to be send automatically without my confirmation to send or not?
3- I need to send you a compact database to ask you questions about it how i can attach a file?
