Hi Bill,
I am linking an Excel spreadsheet. Each record in read into a set of local variables to be parsed to two tables in the database. This is probably not the most efficient method but works. I had to write a couple of Excel macros to insure the titles in Excel are allowable within Access. Example Excel column header named "LOCATION" had to be changed to "LOC".
Thanks for the interest. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When I then try writing the data to the appropriate table in ACCESS, I get an error message 3075 Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression.
Is there any easy way to allow the data to be imported as is? I can write a macro in EXCEL to run that would remove all apostrophes if needed but would prefer to maintain the data as is.
Using Office 2010 products.

Thanks for any suggestions.
