One way to do it:
1) Put a label on an open form that has a back color something like dark
blue.
2) Set the fore color to white.
3) Set the Caption to something like "Working.."
4) Set its Width to 0.
In your macro, before the first query and after each query increase the
Width property of the Label perhaps a quarter inch (value = 360 in Twips).
Note that the form has to be wide enough to handle all 14 increments. If
you use a quarter inch as suggested, the form has to be wide enough to hold
the label 3.5 inches wide.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Calculating How Much Time running a series of
Queries
I'm using Access 2007 and have a macro that runs about 13 queries to refresh
the data from multiple ODBC databases. I want to build a clock that tracks
the start time and how long it has been processing. If this is not possible
a progress bar zero -- 100% could work.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
