silakan, ini sebuah contoh aplikasi absensi sederhana yang saya buat dengan MS Access 2003.

Makanya ada pakai .OCX , kalau dibuka di 2007/2010 rewelnya pada .OCX -nya saja kok. Tabel dan form serta report masih jalan
