Please consider proofing your posts and providing a bit more detail

"c=b*c" there should be an "a" in there someplace. I expect c=b*a

"the calculation won't work" you shouldn't state won't work without providing your results or what makes you think it doesn't work. We can't see your screen or results.

We really intend to help but it typically requires a more complete and accurate question.

perhaps what is in the TEXTbox is being interpreted as text -- perhaps surround the control reference with a conversion function such as CInt, CDbl, CCur, ... ?
