Re: [MS_AccessPros] Access 2010 =NumWord Expression

hello (what is your name?)

Welcome.

What is the VBA for the NumWord function?

To find that out, you can right- click on 'NumWord' in your code and choose "Definition" from the shortcut menu

Hello,

I'm using the Access 2010 and my NumWord expression worked fine until I started using numbers in the millions.

The expression is"

=NumWord([Contract Amount]) & "   ******************************"

$494,725.00 in the Contract Amount field returns:

Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five and 00/100 ******************************

$1,175,442.00 in the Contract Amount field returns:

One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Four and .0/100 ******************************

Does anyone know why?

Thank you.
