Hi Robin
You can sort on the field, but make the ControlSource of the textbox something like this:
=IIf( [Fieldname]<1000, [Fieldname], Null )
Or, if you prefer to use conditional formatting, set the ForeColor to white.
Best wishes,
Graham

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Conditional formatting
I have a report that uses numbers in one field. I have a few records
where I need the field to show as blank.
Is the any way that I can apply a rule that numbers above 1000 do not
appear in print? I need them to still be in the record so that they
sort at the end of a numerical sort.
Many thanks,
Robin Chapple
