You do have the latest Office updates installed, right? The place to report bugs is https://connect.microsoft.com/directory/accepting-bugs
But I don't see Office listed. Maybe it's been out too long. You can call or email MS support.

Yes is interesting issue.
I just found out if I copy a form all the command controls lost the original Shape Effects.
How do I get in touch with MS to report this bug?
Do they pay attention to bugs?
