These are the fields I have in my table:
ID
AttachmentID
AttachmentName
AttachmentTimeStamp
Parent_FK
Vendor_FK
The hyperlink field is the AttachmentName Field. In the subform I am manually entering the name of the document, and then I right click to edit the hyperlink and add in the location of the document.
