So bottom line I do not think that data is stored, and as far as I can tell there is no way to force it to save it.  If you find something please post back.  So I think you are out of luck for what has already been entered.  However, if this is needed you can redesign the table to save this information.  The way to do that would be to make a seperate attachments table.  Each record would hold 1 attachment and related to the main table.  Then you could add a timestamp field and other fields if necessary.  Personally I would build my own control to enter the attachments instead of allowing the user to use the attachment control.  This way you can keep them from adding more than one attachment per record.  So instead of having a single field holding multiple attachments you would have multiple records holding a single attachment. It would be transparent to the user.
