HI Bill,
I called MS support with a really horrible experience, after 2 hours of talking to 9 people not only I find out that they don't have an idea of Access also they don't care about a bug they just care about selling support for $250 without reassurance that their own bug will be fixed.
This is very disappointed as we all work hard to help MS. Perhaps you have or some else a direct connection to MS programmers to rich them and make them aware of the bugs.
