Re: [MSAccessProfessionals] Posts re-verifying memberships

Hi Mark

I never asked anyone to prove they were a human. I just asked people to re-verify their email just in case Groups.io marked the email as spam.

Sorry you were annoyed. I guess I wasn't clear enough.

Regards,

Bill Mosca

Hello all (and Bill),

Personally, I found this request interesting in a few respects.

I need to somehow demonstrate that I'm human?! There's something inherently just _wrong_ about that kind of request. Some people create Bots that infect a list - and *I* need to prove something because of that? It smacks of needing to prove myself innocent of some sort of crime - akin to proving a negative. ...and that is just plain un-American.

I'm Mark Burns, and I am a human being - a somewhat annoyed one.

Hi all

Sorry for the ton of posts from members re-verifying their standing. This is a one-time deal and should slow down very soon.

I will delete the replies as soon as I can. In the meantime, you can change your preferences to "Daily digest" or " no notification".
