I think there would be two ways to do this. For both ways, you would need to put the Back-End out on a server somewhere that you can link to from anywhere. One way this might be done is to put the database out on a web server.
Technique 1:
Give the Service Tech a copy of the Front-End to run from his computer. Now, he updates the data directly and you don't have to do anything else to update the Back-End.
Technique 2:
If the Service Tech doesn't have a Windows computer at his disposal, he will certainly have some sort of hand-held device that has a browser. You can write a web page, hosted on the web server, that allows him to update the Back-End directly. With all of the frameworks and libraries available for building web pages, you can do a pretty good job of providing a page with just about all of the features that you'd have in a native MS Access form.
Now, if your web server is a Windows server, you might be able to just plop the Back-End out there. If not, you might have to convert the Back-End to MySQL or MS SQL Server. This conversion would not be too difficult; there are a few gotchas that you'd have to be aware of but mostly the conversion would be a slam-dunk.

At the office I have my database with all my business info...
What I would like to be able to do is Create a form in Access and Email it to the service tech. The Service Tech could update the form as per job requirements. And then later email the completed form back to the office. So that the updated fields can be loaded into the Office Database...
How can I approach this? Any thoughts?
