[MS_AccessPros] Group button in the Control Layout group on the Arrange tab?

 

Access 2007 had a Group button in the Control Layout group on the
Arrange tab according to a book I have which references that version of
Access.

I have Access 2016. The Control Layout group does not exist on the
Arrange tab. I do not find the Group button anywhere else. Does the
Group button or equivalent functionality exist in Access 2016? And if
so, where is it?
