Hi Chris,
Sorry to hear about your issues. I would create a new, blank MDB file and attempt to import all of the objects from the corrupt MDB file.
There are third party providers who do a fairly decent job of repairing files however getting a full 100% recovery might be unlikely.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Corrupt MDB file - can anyone assist please?
Hello all
I wonder if anyone can help me please?
While working on a Access DB file (MDB) last night, my PC crashed (the crash was unconnected).
Unfortunately, the crash appears to have corrupted my access database (MDB file), as when I try to open it I receive the following error message:
"The Microsoft Access database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time (Error 3197)".
Unfortunately, following the crash I saved two copies to by back up drives (unfortunately, as it was immediately after the crash, those files are also corrupt.
I really am desperate to be able to access my database again - I'm really terrified I've lost everything.
I can't even open the file to attempt a repair.
Can anyone offer any assistance please?
Kind regards and best wishes,
Chris Berry
