Did you try my Eval suggestion?
To parse the expression and then perform the comparison would take a long expression or a call to a function that has a lot of code. And the expressions would have to be very consistent. Is the first character of the comparison always in the first character in the string? Is it immediately followed by a number, or is there a space between the comparison and the number?

The formulas are all text fields but a combination of =, >=, <= and a number character. The values to evaluate are all numbers.
Is there a way to use Val to capture the number value in the text field and then capture the operator portion another way?
On top of everything we are in the midst of moving and I'm trying to figure this out by phone as work computers are very locked down and I'm moving and temporarily separated from personal machines.
