Access has a built-in documenter under the Database Tools tab. And there are a few documenters in our Files>Crystal folder. Crystal has done some great work in this area. <clip>

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Documenting Queries and Reports
(Again with apologies as a newbie) I have searched the conversations and not found a discussion of recommended ways to document the queries and reports contained within a database. Also I find it frustrating that I cannot document within the SQL code.
Can someone share with me how they create and organize documentation?
