RE: [MS_AccessPros] Convert comma delimiter to cedilla delimiter

Ours is not to reason why, Bill :-)

Besides, I can imagine data containing a C with a cedilla, but not a cedilla by itself.  After all, no one knew it even existed!

Cheers,
Graham

After reading various branches of this thread I can only ask, "Why use a character that could actually be in the string?" Over the years, I've come to use a pipe "|" as a delimiter and have never had that mess up a file.

Regards,

Bill

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Convert comma delimiter to cedilla delimiter

Hello everyone!

We have a text file that is comma delimited but we need to convert it to a cedilla delimited file.  Does any one know how we can accomplish this using VBA, or another method?

Thanks so much in advance!

Mike
