I am using Access 2010 on Windows 7. Currently I can open the PDF files using a hyperlink. However management would like to password protect the files. That would keep prying eyes at bay. My question is there a way to open the PDF files and pass the password at the same time? That way only the appropriate users will have access to the files. The other benefit would keep everyone from modifying the files.
