RE: [MS_AccessPros] Re: Exporting partial records

Everything you wrote in your email is foreign to me. I haven't a clue how
to initiate the partial send of records or use CommandButton. I have
ordered an Access 2010 book, but it won't be here till next week. I will
google CommandButton. I really appreciate the help!

Hi Valerie,

Thanks for the info. Then pigeons would have been
fast enough :)

Have you added the DateSent field to the table and
modifed the query?

Knowing that you do it on a weekly basis, then you
could avoid adding the DateSent field and modify the
query to look for records created in the last seven
days. Originally I thought that you might be sending
updates more than once a day.

Do you use a CommandButton to initiate the creation
of the records to be sent and the sending of
the email?

Glad you liked the pigeons....

Regards, Clive.
