RE: [MS_AccessPros] Question about one of the Access templates from Microsoft

Rod-

That means that it's set up to upload to a Sharepoint web site to share on the
web. Web database have no VBA and only a limited macro set. But any tables,
queries, forms, and reports are completely portable to the web.

I've just downloaded the "Issues Web Database" Access template from
Microsoft's Office website. I'm using it in MS Access 2010. When they say,
"Web Database", do they mean that the database is actually hosted somewhere
on the Web? What's the meaning of Web, in these instances?
