[MS_AccessPros] Re: Exporting partial records

I apologize in advance, as I am quite new to this. Ok, I can add that field, but how do I only export the new records and attachments for them to import into their existing database?

(I did add an additional 'date entered' field for when the lead is entered.) I sent the initial database to someone else to follow-up on all the leads. Meanwhile, I will be adding new customer leads in the database and they will be making call notes in the original database I have sent them. Once a week I want to send the new customer leads in there with their attachments that I have entered without re-sending the entire database (as that would overwrite their notes). I could use ID number or date as a way of knowing which records to send BUT how do I do only send new records and attachments?
