RE: [MS_AccessPros] Form corrupts Access 2003 database: Symptons

Sarah-

Number of forms open in the VB Editor shouldn't have made a difference, but it
would affect the make MDE process if you had compile errors that weren't
resolved. If closing all the code windows worked for you, then that's good!
Always compile and save your project before attempting to make an MDE file.

Thanks John. As usual your advice worked.

I compiled and then was able to create the MDE file.
(When I opened the VB Editor, I realized that many, many forms were open. I
thought that when I save and close the form, it also closed the VB code, but
that does not seem to be the case?. I closed each form individually. Maybe this
had something to-do with my problem, because I edit most forms in my 2003 DB and
when they are finished I copy/paste them to the 2000 DB, so my 2000 DB did not
have many open forms in the VB Editor.)
Thanks again
Sarah
