Hi Valerie,
To select records that have not yet been sent,
you must be using a query to select the records.
In that query you need to add the DateSent field
and in the QueryGrid for that column put Is Null
so you select only unsent records.
When you have sent the records you will need to
update the 'DateSent' field so that they don't
get selected again when using the same query.
How often are you sending the records? hourly, daily,
weekly?
I saw your reply to Bill's post. How are you sending
the information?
By post on a CD, or paper documents, strapped to a pigeon,
or via a courier?
