[MS_AccessPros] Access 2003 MDB shells to Access 2003 ADP - Can't see stored procedures

 

My Access 2003 MDB is shelling out to an Access 2003 ADP. The program opens OK, but on some machines, most of the stored procedures do not show up (are not found). I suspect this has something to do with the machines on which this happens have a copy of the runtime Access as well as regular Access. Can anyone confirm this? Or is it something else? Even if we try to remove the runtime, it does not go away. The problem persists. Short of rebuilding the machine, is there a way to resolve this? I have checked network and SQL permissions and they are the same.
