My Access version is 14.0.6123.5001 (32 bit). They are just nice to haves. I will remove them and go for the "cleaner look".

It sounds like a bug to me. Do you have the latest updates installed?
Are the images necessary or "just nice to have"? You might have to forego them to get the control to wrap correctly. And images of that type seem to be fading from standard use these days in order to provide a cleaner look.
