[MS_AccessPros] Question about one of the Access templates from Microsoft

 

I've just downloaded the "Issues Web Database" Access template from
Microsoft's Office website. I'm using it in MS Access 2010. When they say,
"Web Database", do they mean that the database is actually hosted somewhere
on the Web? What's the meaning of Web, in these instances?
