Hello! I have been having a hard time trying to figure out how to export partial records for a database.
We are using the desktop call tracker database and are inputting customer leads in there with the attachments on the customer call details table. (I did add an additional 'date entered' field for when the lead is entered.) I sent the initial database to someone else to follow-up on all the leads. Meanwhile, I will be adding new customer leads in the database and they will be making call notes in the original database I have sent them. Once a week I want to send the new customer leads in there with their attachments that I have entered without re-sending the entire database (as that would overwrite their notes). I could use ID number or date as a way of knowing which records to send BUT how do I do only send new records and attachments?
Sorry if that is too long or if I sounds confusing. Of course, it makes sense in my head... lol
