I just realized that I'm running Access on Server 2019. So I'm wondering if a different KB caused the problem.

Thanks for responding. I didn't get Jane's response but I'm glad Duane included it.
The document is saved in the user's documents folder. However the article perfectly describes the issue. I'm checking now to see if that patch has caused the problem.

Where is the temp pdf being saved? If it's in the root of c:\ you may find that the windows user profile won't let you delete it anymore. So a change to a user folder may be a work around.
