Re: [MS_AccessPros] Issues with form and subform in design view

Jorge,

Try open the subform alone in datasheet view and then adjust the column widths. Close and save the subform.

Then open the main form in design view and adjust the size of the subform control as desired and save it.

Regards,

Duane

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Issues with form and subform in design view

Hi Folks, I hope you are having a fantastic day.

I am having designing a form with a sub form and I am having some trouble.

I need the sub form to display in data sheet view, which works.

When I switch the sub form to design view, it displays all the fields in tabular form.

This gives a lot of trouble to adjust the width of fields in the sub form.

I would also like to adjust the width of the sub form to display more fields and I cannot.

Why is this happening?

It did not work like this before.

Please see attached screen shots.

Thank you very much.
