I have no clue why that's missing. That particular report is opened from only one form in the database. Strangely, I can't find that report in any of the old copies of the Inventory database that I have.

Note that all forms that edit major records have a record selector bar. Click the bar and then press Del to delete the record.

When you run the old Inventory app in 2007 or later, the custom menus and toolbars show up on the Add-Ins tab. That tab appears only when a custom menu or toolbar is active - for example, when you open one of the main data edit forms like frmCustomers.
Ideally, those should all be converted to custom Ribbons. See the Contacts app in the 2007 and 2010 books for an example of how that's done.
